THE HEADSHOT WORKSHOP

The Headshot Workshop is for:

  • people who want to feel more comfortable in front of the camera

  • people who want to learn how to bring genuine and honest expression to their photos

In this 3-hour workshop, you will:

  • learn how to feel less tense and more comfortable in front of the camera

  • practice being your authentic self in front of the camera

  • discover how to manage your inner voice in your process

  • explore how to calm your inner critic when looking through photos of yourself

SAMPLE WORKSHOP SCHEDULE

12:00pm : Introduction

12:10pm : Warm-up Exercise + Conversations

12:45pm : Getting Ready / Touch Up Session

1:00pm: Photo Session 1, 2, 3

1:45pm: Discussion

1:55pm: 5-minute Break

2:00pm: Photo Session 4, 5, 6

2:45pm: 15-minute Discussion + Wrap-up

WHAT IT INCLUDES:

  • 3 hours in the studio with six participants

  • 15 minute mini-session per artist

  • 1 edited photo + unedited proofs

  • Additional edits available $40 / image

WHAT TO BRING

  • 1 top you feel comfortable being photographed in

  • recommended: a journal + a writing utensil

 

THE MOVEMENT WORKSHOP

The Movement Workshop is for:

  • dancers who want to feel more comfortable in front of the camera

  • dancers who want to learn how to bring their authentic expression to their photos

In this 3-hour workshop, you will:

  • learn how to create movement moments that feel natural and authentic

  • practice trusting your instincts and engaging your creativity

  • explore how to gently navigate your inner voice, comparison, perfectionism, etc.

WHAT IT INCLUDES:

  • 3 hours in the studio with six participants

  • 15 minute mini-session per artist

  • 1 edited photo + unedited proofs

  • edited photos available $40 / image

WHAT TO BRING

  • 1 look you feel comfortable moving + being photographed in

  • recommended: a journal + a writing utensil
